Standard Cancellation Policies

Flexible

• Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before check-in
• 50% refund if canceled less than 24 hours before check-in

Moderate

• Full refund if canceled at least 5 days before check-in
• 50% refund if canceled less than 5 days before check-in

Strict

• Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in
• 50% refund if canceled less than 7 days before check-in

Special Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may offer full or partial refunds. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Host Cancellations

If a host cancels a booking, guests will receive a full refund and assistance finding alternative accommodations.
